Advertise with Search Engine Marketing
When it comes to managing a business, whether it is a service or product, a key ingredient in its triumph is to put into practice a well-planned marketing strategy. In the past, there has been print advertising which utilizes words and pictures. The next step was radio advertising where people heard about the new product or service. Then came the television where the forces of both print media and radio media were shared in a single media. Now, a new form of media is rising which is known as the World Wide Web, more universally is known as the internet. With millions or even billions of people online every day, a good search engine marketing program can convey the business to the attention of its likely consumers.

There are a lot of people who are specialists in search engine marketing who recommend their service online. Essentially this marketing program deals with keywords. When a person hunts for the keyword connected to the business, an advertisement will show in the results page of the search. By doing so, corporations not only will be able to spread the word concerning their products, but they are also able to aim at the people who are fascinated in what they offer. Here is an example of correct search engine marketing; theoretically, the business is connected to steel manufacturing and construction, when a person searches for the keyword ?steel manufacturing?, the results page would carry a link to the business?s website. Some of the most well-liked search engines offer this opportunity at logical prices and ever since its beginning; it has proven to be a very efficient marketing tool.

Adult Beverages and Still Lose Weight? Yes! ? Nexercise Nexercise

Dog Walker

To lose weight we know that your calories in have to be less than your calories burned.? So you may have to cut out certain foods that you really enjoy in order to keep that calorie count down. ?This can be very difficult to do over the long run without feeling deprived. ?One thing that people may not think about at first but end up missing later is their occasional adult beverage. ?The good news is that you may be able to enjoy your adult beverage of choice, in moderation, without completely derailing your weight loss efforts.? Moderate drinking is defined as 1 drink for women and 2 drinks for men a day.? A drink is considered 12 oz. of beer, 5 oz. of wine or 1.5 oz. of spirits.

Our bodies process alcohol first, leaving any other carbs and fats to be stored instead of burned as fuel. ?If you are going to have an adult beverage, pay attention to what you?re eating with it. Appetizers and beer nuts will wreck your plans quickly. ?Studies have shown that alcohol stimulates appetite while decreased inhibitions make you more likely to follow your impulses. ?As a result, you may not make the best food choices when you drink. You can combat this by drinking water in addition to your adult beverage. ?The water will help to keep your tummy feeling ful, which will help you avoid over indulging on food and alcohol.

Even if you are careful about how much you are drinking and eating, your drink choice can have a huge impact on your diet.? Wine is the most calorie friendly choice you can make, with an average of 20 calories per ounce, white or red. ?Dessert wines and sweet wines, however, have more calories even when served in smaller portions (3.5 oz.).

Beer can be a good choice too, depending on what you choose. ?Typical beers will range from 108 calories per bottle (12 oz.) to 144 calories.? Obviously light beers will have fewer calories while lagers and ales will have as many as 200 calories per bottle. So if you want to have a beer, just know what you are getting yourself into. Also, your beer intake can be hard to judge when it is poured from a pitcher or large tap glass.

Hard liquor is higher in calories per ounce than wine and when mixed with soda or juice that calorie count can sneak up on you.? Use no-calorie mixers like soda water or diet sodas to lower the caloric value. ?But also be aware that studies show that artificial sweeteners make alcohol enter your bloodstream more quickly.

It is difficult to stick to a diet when you feel deprived. ?When done smartly, enjoying your adult beverage of choice can be a reward without ruining your healthy lifestyle.? Enjoying that beverage with informed choices doesn?t have to set you back in your weight loss goal.? You can lose weight without losing fun.

China helps BMW offset European weakness in Q3

FRANKFURT, Germany (AP) ? Strong sales of its luxury cars in China helped Germany's BMW AG overcome weak markets in crisis-ridden Europe.

Net profit rose 16 percent in the third quarter to ?1.29 billion ($1.65 billion) on a 13.7 percent jump in sales to a record ?18.82 billion.

The Munich-based carmaker said Tuesday it was sticking to its forecasts for 2012 sales and earnings to be up on the previous year despite "an increasingly uncertain market environment."

CEO Norbert Reithofer called it a "good third quarter" but added that in the fourth quarter the company and the auto sector as a whole "are likely to be confronted with adverse business conditions."

Booming Asian sales helped the maker of the X5 sport utility vehicle and the 5-series sedan overcome a stagnant market in Europe. China sales rose 30 percent, while European sales grew by a modest 2.6 percent as sales sagged in southern Europe where the debt crisis is at its worst. Sales were even down slightly, by 0.5 percent, in BMW's home market of Germany.

Having a strong presence in three key regions ? Asia and the United States as well as Europe ? has helped insulate BMW from the tough European car market. Many countries, including Spain and Italy, are in recession, while unemployment across the 17-country eurozone has risen to a record 11.6 percent. Figures next week are widely expected to show that the eurozone as a whole is back in recession.

The associated slack demand has forced mass-market carmakers such as Ford Motor Co. to close plants, and others like General Motors' Opel to look at cutting capacity.

BMW however focuses on the more recession-resistant luxury end of the market, where profits per vehicle are higher. The company said its third quarter profits were helped by a strong model mix ? meaning sales are up in the more profitable parts of its model range. For the first nine months of the year, sales of its X3 SUV, produced in Spartanburg, South Carolina, rose 28.7 percent while those for its 5-series larger sedan increased by 5.3 percent.

BMW shares fell modestly, trading down 0.3 percent at ?64.30.

Survey examines how chief legal officers are controlling costs

CuttingSince the fall of 2011, chief legal officers have tried various techniques to control legal department costs at their U.S. companies. They negotiated price reductions with outside counsel, improved efficiency of internal procedures, shifted legal work to in-house lawyers and to less costly firms, and reduced the amount of work sent to outside counsel, among other things. That?s according to results made public today in the Altman Weil 2012 Chief Legal Officer Survey. Altman Weil is a legal consulting company based in Newtown Square, Pa.

To reduce costs, 71.1 percent of the chief legal officers who participated in the survey said they negotiated price reductions, while 62.9 percent said they improved efficiency of internal procedures ? primarily through technology ? and 46.9 percent said they moved legal work in-house.

As for the most effective means of reducing legal department budgets, 22.7 percent of the chief legal officers said they cut costs by negotiating price reductions with outside counsel, and 21.1 percent said shifting work to in-house lawyers was the most effective.

As for law department budgets, 46.3 percent reported a budget increase over last 12 months, but only 34.2 percent reported a larger outside counsel budget. That compares to 55.8 percent reporting a budget increase a year ago, along with 45.8 percent reporting a larger outside counsel budget, according to the 2011 survey.

And here are the top service improvements and innovations the chief legal officers most want to see from their outside counsel: greater cost reduction (58.9 percent), non-hourly based pricing structures (53 percent), more efficient project management (53 percent) and improved budget forecasting (52.4 percent).

For the 2012 Chief Legal Officer Survey, which is the 13th annual, 204 of 1,297 chief legal officers at U.S. corporate legal departments participated in the survey, which was conducted during September and October.

The Fundamentals Of Freshwater Fishing In Lakes : Sports and ...

You are here: Home / Fishing / The Fundamentals Of Freshwater Fishing In Lakes

Many of us would rather be fishing than doing almost anything else. If you are someone who prefers spending your days with a rod and reel in your hand, the piece down below will be of use.

During the winter months you ought to use a sinker when fishing. A sinker carries your bait to the bottom where fish are during chilly weather conditions. Check the water depth to discover what size sinker to put on your line. You will also need 1 or 2 sinkers, depending on the depth of the water.

Go on and ask around, locals should be able to help you with some tips on how to catch fish in their area. Fishing habits change through time and fishermen have a tendency to be happy to share their experiences with fellow anglers.

Not every fish will make a good meal. It is common courtesy to release smaller catches together with exorbitant catches. If you control the quantity of fish that you take from a lake, it helps to ensure that there'll be masses of fish for future seasons.

Always know how much weight your boat can safely hold before heading out on the water. You definitely do not want to have the boat tip over, which could be tragic in deeper waters. Stay far under the weight capacity in order to be as safe as possible.

If you are using synthesised fishing lures, change the colour occasionally. This information can truly be useful if you have not gotten a bite for a long time on the water. Fish are frequently intrigued by bait with bright colors, so use this to your benefit.

Never litter while fishing. Rubbish and different sorts of debris bobbing around in the water will drive fish away. Not only will this affect your chances of catching fish, but it will also hurt other people's probabilities.

Work with the current. If you notice a current in play, use it. Putting a lure on the present and softly jerking it occasionally will make it appear alluring to fish. This is going to help the fish notice your lure thanks to the currents motion.

Since casting is such a vital part of fly fishing, you need to work on mastering your cast before you ever head to the water. Use bad days to practice your casting. After your frustration has boiled down, you can return to fishing.

The only thing folk enjoy more than fishing all day is cooking the fish at night. Consider the fishing article above to help to improve your fishing abilities. Next time you cast your line, have this information in your mind's eye.

While fishing can be a lot of fun, your clothing may end up in the wash more frequently. To find the best laundry detergent brands like Ajax Detergent visit Dillonchem.com for all your Laundry products at Everyday good prices.

Mexican labour laws, IP in Brazil, Argentine debt ... - The Economist

MEXICO'S labour laws are among the most restrictive in Latin America. The Institutional Revolutionary Party, whose presidential candidate won this year's election, has so far been unable to pass a bill to change them. This week's issue of The Economist says that this legislative gridlock suggests the president-elect, Enrique Pe?a Nieto, may find it harder to implement a reform agenda than his supporters expected. It also includes stories on intellectual property in Brazil, a setback for Argentina in its legal battle with hold-out creditors and media freedom in Cuba.

How To Hire A Good E Commerce Website Builder - PDF

How To Hire A Good E Commerce Website Builder

Why would anyone hire a website builder or designer when they could do it themselves? It's not easy
or not every DIY site is appropriate for every business. There are times to hire a professional instead
of using a template and web maker yourself.
Almost every business, whether it be a one person operation or large corporation, needs to have a
presence on the web. In order to announce your service, provide needed information to the public or
private client, update information or sell directly in an e-commerce setting, a website is essential.
Even though millions of us are very adequate with a computer and getting around the Internet, there
are just as many who have no experience with computers. This was written for the latter.
I have to inform my readers that I am not a professional IT person and have a basic knowledge about
some html coding and design. I do know professionals in this profession and they are the most hard
working, reliable and honest people in the field. They are beyond reproach, but occasionally a bad
one slips between the cracks.
It wasn't that long ago that consumers and business clients were at the mercy of some unscrupulous
webmaster.
Several friends and family members, including myself, have had negative experiences dealing with
webmasters or more like web builders, in the past. They dealt with a web builder that was non
responsive to emails and phone messages, or didn't clearly define just what services were covered
when building the site.
Another big problem is administration of the website once it's up and running. A number of friends
were almost knocked out of their business because they made the mistake in trusting the person who
built their site to handle the necessary changes when needed. The only problem with that was that
they didn't. The business owners were frantic because the information was old, or just plain wrong.

Years ago I had the unfortunate experience of hiring a site builder from a winning bid to build a tutor
registry for me. I gave the examples of three sites that I liked the functions and looks of as a guide to
build mine. Unfortunately the web site builder copied one of those sites exactly, only he changed the
color schemes.
I found out when the original owner threatened me with copyright infringement and a lawsuit. It was at
that time that I also found out that the 'webmaster' wasn't a real full time website builder at all, but a
college student that didn't live where he stated on the bidding site nor did he take down the site after
many requests. He claimed to be from the states but really lived overseas. I had to close the account
with the web host. What a valuable lesson I learned!

Today, there are many bidding sites with reliable background checks and feedback forums so a client
can make an informed decision. A very important. Point is to ask about any certifications such as
such as Microsoft offers.
There are many others so check this link.

Consumers can also have a choice of new self building website companies that make the e-
commerce and online business presence much saner and smoother running.
With website building sites such Weebly, Wix, Yahoo, Intuit, Google and so on, allow anyone who
wants a website to build one and online platforms such as Face book, Twitter to spread the word
about your business. We've really come a long way in 10 short years.

If you pay someone to build a website there are still some points you need to be aware of. From
personal experience you need to be very vigilant about these points.
1. get reliable referrals from the website builder
2. research and check the sites given
3. make sure the content isn't stolen
4. hire a lawyer to check the contracts
Getting reliable referrals is a tricky item to confirm; its a lot like getting referrals for home remodeling,
car repair or even a babysitter. It really depends on who you are dealing with and trying to determine
if their referrals are real or not. We all know that friends and family members will help someone with
glowing recommendations.
Researching the websites they claimed to have made is easy enough, but I have done this and to my
amazement many are not real websites. In other words, when I click on any links on the site, they go
nowhere or are non-functioning. You'd be surprised how many people don't thoroughly check out
each site given. Don't be so quick to believe them. If they are new and need clients they can build
free ones for non profits or make up a mock business. The idea is to see if they are any good at
building a reliable site.
The third point is very important. The content on a website has to be real and either written by the site
builder or bought and paid for to place on the site. I can't emphasis this point enough because so
many of us website content writers do this for a living. We get paid to write content. There are many
site builders that simply find the content they need, copy and paste it on the site. I have found so
many articles of mine on websites. They don't realize that's is stealing?
Unfortunately I had to file complaints with web hosting companies and inform site owners that my
work is stolen. This could very well be a full time job. If you agree to have someone make you a
website and give them carte blanch to fill the content then you as the owner must check the content.
Go online yourself and Google or pay someone to check it.

The reasons to hire someone to build a site for you are varied.
* You may be extremely busy and simply do not have the time to build even the simplest of sites.
* You may have a fear of the Internet and do not trust yourself to handle it.
* If you have no experience using a computer than leave it to someone else.
* The e-commerce sites can be complicated and require too much coding and updates to handle.
* You need to tend to your brick and mortar store to make your living.

Just remember my four points when hiring someone. Get reliable referrals and speak to people about
them. Check the websites out thoroughly and make sure they are real. Call any numbers and act like
a customer.
Most important make sure the content on your own website is not stolen. Make them show you record
if they bought it. Check online by typing in some content or hire someone to check their work out. Just
make sure they don't know each other.
Last, but not least of all, be sure your lawyer has a contract in place. He or she can run a credit check,
background check or criminal check. You are giving them financial and personal records so the
webmaster shouldn't refuse to give you their companies information. Yes some new ones will start out
as a sole proprietor so don't let that dissuade you. Hammer out responsibilities on both sides.
Even though I have used the terms website maker, website technician, webmaster, I think those
terms are most known to consumers. If you stick to most of these points, you should feel secure and
safe about your decision.
